Order Processing

•  All orders will be shipped within two business days, excluding holidays.

•  All orders placed on U.S. holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by Penny Love Fitness® will be shipped within two business days.

• In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, acts of God, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed.

SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES

•Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail

​

•Transit time count begins after the order is picked up by the carrier. The ship day is day 0 in the count to calculate transit time. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Transit times for Canada are dependent on routine customs clearance; exceptions may cause delay.

​

•2-7 business days transit time for US and Canada. Orders going to a PO Box, US Territories, military APO/FPO/DPO, or rural area addresses may take longer to deliver.

•NOTE: We do not ship to Canadian PO Boxes.

GENERAL

•You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

​

•We are only able to ship to the address provided during checkout. If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned to us, there will be a re-shipping fee processed prior to re-shipment. We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided incorrect upon checkout.

 

•Proof of signature is not required for delivery unless order exceeds $1,500 value. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. Packages may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier. For Canada, shipments exceeding $2,500 CAD require verbal consent by customer to USPS Brokerage allowing formal entry to proceed at no additional charge to the customer.

Free Shipping Offer:

•US Free Shipping Offer: Free standard shipping offer is valid on orders over $49.00 for shipments made to addresses located in the U.S. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are taken and before taxes and handling charges are added.

 

•Canada Free Shipping Offer: Free standard shipping offer is valid on orders over $149.00 CAD for shipments made to addresses located in Canada. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are taken and before taxes and handling charges are added.

 

•Offer subject to change or expiration at any time at Penny Love Fitness's sole discretion. Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase.

• If your package is refused or returned to us for ANY reason, you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Penny Love Fitness.

•If your tracking information stated “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before they return the item to us. If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office. If your order is returned to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee a refund will NOT be processed.

 

SHIPPING COST

•The Shipping costs for domestic Standard service is a flat rate of USD$4.50 per order shipped in the United States and $14.00CAD for orders shipped to Canada regardless of quantity.

 

Return Policy

Because of the nature of the items, all sales are final on merchandise. Wearable products including: Drawstring Backpacks, Hats, Headbands, Scarves, Shimmy Belts, Tshirts, Tanks are not eligible for return or exchange.
